Discount Tire

Wanted to give a big shout-out to Discount Tire, especially Joshua, who helped guide us through the purchase of our tires. He was highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Once we made our purchase, our car had a full set of new tires installed in less than 45 minutes. The service was quick, efficient, and well organized. Their prices are reasonable, and the entire crew genuinely appeared to care about their customers and providing great service. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for years and will absolutely continue going to them for future purchases because I trust them completely. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Coming out of the car wash, my car notified me that my tire pressure was at 17. I immediately drove to Discount at about 5p. The waiting room was full of people. Jordan inspected all of my tires, showed me the nail in my tire and suggested i need all 4 tires needed to be replaced before the summer heat hits bc they were 6 years old (bought from Discount) and assured me that he would take care of the nail in the tire for me. About 2 hours later, I get a text stating my car was ready. Picked it up. Good as new. No charge. Easy. Discount always takes great care of me. Thank you so much!!!!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with many of the staff members at this location on multiple occasions. Every single one of them has been amazing. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, and everyone here shows genuine concern and care with all of the customers. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They simply take care of whatever I come in for and offer other options if needed, but they have never been pushy. Houston helped me out a couple of times today, as well as a few other employees. Everyone was great! 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you for taking time to read my 5-Star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐review for the Discount Tire located on W. Craig Road. I am a 5 Star ⭐ Elite Lyft Driver approaching Ride #32K and have been driving for the Lyft Corporation for 7+ years. Every time I get a low pressure tire warning, I don't waste anytime heading straight to the nearest Discount Tire shop! Yesterday Joshua and J.W. were 💯 Awesome getting me in and out quickly with a nail removal and patch job! Thank you gentlemen! Keep up the amazing job! Lyft Jim

Discount Tire – 2715 W Craig Rd – 5 Stars This is the second time the team at this location has gone above and beyond with outstanding customer service for the same vehicle — a 2024 Mercedes EQE. From start to finish, their speed, quality of work, attentiveness, and professionalism have been exceptional. The staff is consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Their pricing is fair and transparent, and the level of care they put into both the vehicle and the customer experience is truly second to none. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking reliable, top-tier tire service. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
